Gravity Shift 2025 – Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to Gravity Shift 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠Age Requirement
Gravity Shift is strictly an 18+ event. Valid photo identification will be required at the entrance. Entry will be denied without refund if proof of age cannot be provided.

2.⁠ ⁠No Drugs or Illegal Substances
Possession or use of illegal substances, including recreational drugs, is strictly prohibited. Anyone found in violation will be immediately removed from the venue, reported to authorities, and permanently banned from future events. No refunds will be issued.

3.⁠ ⁠Smoking Policy
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas within the venue. Smoking in any other area is strictly prohibited. Staff reserve the right to remove anyone violating this policy without refund.

4.⁠ ⁠Code of Conduct
Inappropriate behavior, including harassment, violence, vandalism, or any form of misconduct, will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund. The safety and well-being of all attendees is our top priority.

5.⁠ ⁠Zero Tolerance Policy
Gravity Shift maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any actions that threaten the safety or enjoyment of others. Security reserves the right to inspect belongings and refuse entry at their discretion.

6.⁠ ⁠Assumption of Risk & Responsibility
All attendees assume full responsibility for their own safety and personal belongings. By entering the venue, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and release the event organizers, partners, and venue operators from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

7.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Tickets
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as permitted by the event organizer in special cases.

8.⁠ ⁠Media & Photography
By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and grant the organizers the right to use such content for promotional purposes without compensation.

9.⁠ ⁠Right to Deny Entry
The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person who violates these terms or poses a risk to others.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms listed above.
